Dr. Christopher Beltran is a Licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with more than twenty-five years of experience in psychological evaluations across psychiatric, neuropsychological rehabilitation, civil, and forensic contexts.

Dr. Beltran has extensive expertise in criminal and family law. He frequently provides evaluations for various government and private entities and is often called upon to provide expert testimony in the court setting. Dr. Beltran has extensive experience in conducting forensic, neuropsychological (including assessment of intelligence), psychosexual, and trauma evaluations.

Dr. Beltran has advanced training and extensive experience in the criminal justice aspect of forensic psychology. He has conducted literally thousands of competency evaluations as well as criminal responsibility evaluations, mitigation evaluations, and risk assessment evaluations for both adult and juvenile populations. He continues to provide such services for multiple judicial circuits throughout the state of Florida. Dr. Beltran additionally provides standard psychological and psychosexual evaluations for the Department of Juvenile Justice.

Dr. Beltran has been providing expertise in forensic family law evaluations for the past nineteen years. These include parental capacity, psychosexual, and psychological evaluations that address personality and potential psychopathology. He is often called on to provide expert testimony in court regarding these evaluations.

Dr. Beltran has served as an adjunct professor at Albizu University in Miami, teaching courses in neuropsychology. He is published in the journal of Applied Neuropsychology.
