“Hiring Licensed Psychologists – Contact Us Today”

Jessica is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate emotional, relational, and behavioral health challenges. Her work centers on the belief that meaningful change begins with developing a deeper understanding of ourselves—our emotions, needs, patterns, fears, and strengths—and learning how those internal experiences shape the way we connect with others.

Jessica works at the intersection of emotional healing, relationships, communication, regulation, recovery, and personal growth. She helps clients slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface, develop healthier ways of expressing needs and navigating conflict, and build greater capacity for self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and meaningful connection. Her approach is relational, integrative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based clinical practice while allowing space for mindfulness, spirituality, and other approaches that support authentic growth.

In addition to her clinical work, Jessica is passionate about the development of the next generation of clinicians. Through supervision, mentorship, consultation, and clinical training, she works to help emerging therapists develop not only sound clinical skills, but also the self-awareness, ethical grounding, curiosity, and integrity necessary to do this work well. She believes that protecting the quality and integrity of the therapeutic profession begins with how we teach, support, and mentor those entering it.
